On our 1 year anniversary Michael suprised me at midnight with my favorite chocolates, a card, and 2 dozen roses on my car. Then later he threw me off the proposal scent by giving me another card and earrings before taking me out to dinner. So I figured that was it, and obviously I wasn't getting a ring that night.
Then at a wonderful kosher steak house in LA.... he totally surprised me. He made a poster and had the retaurant hang it by our booth. He reserved the VIP area and had rose petals on the table when we sat down. Then in the middle of dinner, guided me to look at the poster and asked what it said in the corner (where the artist name usually is), and it said "pamma, will you marry me?" YES!!!!!! so freaking romantic!! Of course I said Yes!
Now this isn't just any ordinary poster...it's a voice print of him saying "Pamma, will you marry me?" It's a beautiful 24x36 piece of art, that we will cherish forever. http://www.voiceprintsart.com/
And the ring, let me tell you about the ring. It is like nothing we looked at! He helped design my beautiful 5 stone asymmetrical ring. It's so beautiful and different, and I absolutely love it!
How did we celebrate post engagement? By cleaning ants that had infested his bathroom and part of his bedroom...we ended up going to CVS at like 1 or 2 in the morning to buy raid and ant traps. HAHAHA....8/3 was a perfect 24 hours. As soon as the clock struck midnight, well...it made it interesting LOL
